What are your shipping rates? 
We offer FREE shipping on all orders, Any size orders, Anywhere in the world.


How long will it take to get my order?

Processing time : Due to all products are handmade, it will take 5-10 days for checking quality and processing order. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number.

Shipping time : This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our shop to the destination by epacket

After processing and leaving the shop, items usually take between 15-25 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. In some cases may be delayed by customs inspection or bad weather.

Estimated delivery time :  Due to the current situation, there may be a slight delay in your shipment. Please allow up to 45-50 days FOR DELIVERY.

Please note : During the holidays, the delivery time may be longer due to third-party circumstances.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@akivashop.com

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of the date of the original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.



How can I track my order? 
Akiva Shop will email you the tracking number when your items have been shipped. If you didn't get the email, please check your junk mail or contact us at support@akivashop.com

Why was I charged $X.XX AND $XX.XX appears in Omise or on my invoice? 
This is due to the website charging in USD.

PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in USD. 
  

Do you deliver products internationally ? 
Yes, of course.

 

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package? 

Yes, of course.

 

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we might be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

 

How secure is my personal information?
